IMPORTANT
The
availability on the next pages reflects only the
status of those accommodations we have allocated
to internet booking. Most of our guests have been
here before or have been recommended by friends
who have. They know that the inn is family run with
an attentive staff and prefer to deal with us directly.
Recognizing, however, that some guests prefer to
use the internet we have created this site.

you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

The
Stanford Inn is a non-smoking inn. |
| 2. |
Reservations
require an advance payment of at least one
night. We will be happy to refund your payment
less a $30.00 processing fee per room if we
know of your change in plans seven or more
days in advance of your arrival. Your advance
payment guarantees all days of your stay.
Full payment in advance may be necessary if
you book during a period for which we have
established a minimum stay. Please note: If
you are reserving accommodations for a date
within a week of arrival, your payment will
become non refundable when charged and at
the time we e-mail confirmation. |

For
reservations for Thanksgiving or Christmas,
New Years or the week between, we require
one month's notice to refund this payment
less a processing fee of $30.00 per room. |

All
reservations submitted are considered tentative
until confirmed. Initial confirmation will
be by e-mail with a written confirmation by
postal service or fax. |

For
peak periods, we recommend that you call us
for availability at 1-800-331-8884. Peak periods
include July through early September; most
long weekends; Thanksgiving, the Christmas
Season and many weekends. Long weekends generally
require a minimum stay of three or more days. |

Most
weekends require a two night minimum stay
when Saturday is one of the days. If in doubt,
please call us. |

Please note, because
we are a small inn we adhere to our concellation
policies.

Rates
are for single or double occupancy and include breakfast
cooked to your order. |
|
All
rooms have wood burning fireplaces, coffee makers,
refrigerators, TV's and VCR's. Classical and contemporary
movies on video cassette are available for rent
at a nominal charge. |

Please note:
most of our rooms are for double occupancy. With
hide-a-beds and day beds, additional people may
stay in your room. Please be sure that the room
you book is able to accommodate additional people
you plan to bring. Call us at 1-800-331-8884 or
e-mail us if you have any questions. For each additional
person, please add $45.00 to the rate; for 13 and
under, please add $35.00. Children 3 and under are
no additional charge. |

Check
in time is between 4 P.M. and 9 P.M. and check out
by Noon, the day of departure. |
|
Pets
are welcome. There is a $25.00 charge per stay,
for the first pet. Additional pets are $12.50. |
