YOGA at the Inn Time Magazine recently featured Yoga as its cover story. For several years, Andrea Marks has offered a yoga class on Wednesdays for guests and local residents. We are introducing additional classes for beginners and intermediate practitioners of Hatha Yoga. ![]() We are excited to offer individual Yoga classes by Gina Woods our staff instructor. If you are just beginning to think about taking up Yoga, consider a class just for the two of you. Gina is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. She has studied in Ashrams in Hawaii and several different learning centers on the west coast. A professional body worker for over 7 years, she draws from her diverse training, experience, and understanding of the human body to assist students attain a greater sense of balance and well being. ![]() With the practice of Yoga you will notice positive, profound physiological and psychological shifts, such as stress reduction, weight management, flexibility, endurance, improved circulation and metabolic function, increased energy, hormonal regulation and much more.
