Friday, March 22
- Check in: 3 pm
- Evening yoga: 5 pm - 6:30 pm with Catherine
- Group Dinner: 7 pm
Saturday, March 23
- Optional morning meditation: 7 am – 7:30 am
- Breakfast at 8 am
- Morning yoga: 10 am – noon with Delphine
- Group lunch and interactive nutrition class with Certified Nutritionist and Author Sid Garza-Hillman: 12:30 – 2:00
- Optional time (massages - extra, biking – included, etc.): 2:30 – 3:30 pm
- Evening yoga: 4 pm – 6 pm with Catherine
- Group Dinner: 7 pm
Sunday, March 24
- Optional morning meditation: 7 am – 7:30 am
- Breakfast: 8 pm
- Morning yoga: 10 am – noon with Delphine
- Check out: 1 pm
