Friday, March 22

  • Check in: 3 pm
  • Evening yoga: 5 pm - 6:30 pm with Catherine
  • Group Dinner: 7 pm

Saturday, March 23 

  • Optional morning meditation: 7 am – 7:30 am
  • Breakfast at 8 am
  • Morning yoga: 10 am – noon with Delphine 
  • Group lunch and interactive nutrition class with Certified Nutritionist and Author Sid Garza-Hillman: 12:30 – 2:00
  • Optional time (massages - extra, biking – included, etc.): 2:30 – 3:30 pm
  • Evening yoga:  4 pm – 6 pm with Catherine
  • Group Dinner: 7 pm

Sunday, March 24

  • Optional morning meditation: 7 am – 7:30 am
  • Breakfast: 8 pm
  • Morning yoga: 10 am – noon with Delphine
  • Check out: 1 pm
