Join us at our Award-Winning Ravens Restaurant for our Annual Valentine’s Day Aphrodisiac Multi-Course Dinner.

Menu:

  • Soup: Velvety Roasted Red Pepper with cashew-garlic crème and basil oil finish
  • Appetizer: Savory Crepes with spinach, mushroom, beurre blanc sauce
  • Salads:
    • Thai Lettuce Wraps with marinated tofu, mung bean sprouts, shredded carrot, cucumber, garlic tamarind-maple sauce
    • Baby Greens with Beet, Avocado, Hemp Hearts with a Meyer lemon cardamom dressing
  • Entrées:
    • Aztec Mole Portobello with rosemary fingerling potatoes, truffled asparagus and saffron quinoa, mint sauce garnish
    • Thai Lemongrass Curry with garden vegetables, tofu, over turmeric brown rice
  • Dessert: Lucuma Sundae with chocolate bark, vanilla bean cardamom sauce, sultry bananas and cinnamon garnish
