During this retreat you’ll be immersed in virtually all aspects of vegan cooking with MCLW Chef Instructor Sadhana Berkow. You’ll learn and get hands-on experience with everything from sauces, dressings, soups, baking, entree creation, to raw chocolate and desserts! All this while enjoying the luxury of the Stanford Inn Eco-Resort’s ocean and garden views, in-room fireplaces, indoor pool, stunning grounds and more. This retreat also includes classes on Healthy Living with author/nutritionist Sid Garza-Hillman and Gardening with Ecology Action Director Matt Drewno.
